The item will have to be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Returns
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chikankariquest.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item from your order.
Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item received is damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
